marco and his staff were very helpful, and they were responsive to my needs. i found many restaurants located nearby, a great convenience.
The bathroom was small. It could use some improvements. the toilet flush seemed a bit old, though it worked fine. i think a little maintenance would improve it.

The location was superb near the main attractions. The staff gave helpful tips and a map for visiting main attractions. I appreciated the available coffee machine. The view of the Duomo from my window was really good.
I noticed the smell of humidity after entering the house. The hotel is centrally located, so I could hear outside noise. It was loud during my first night.

the location was amazing! it was less than a 5 minute walk to the duomo. the staff were really kind and helpful (i loved their recommendations). i received tips and details about what was good to see, super helpful.
the bathroom was small (it was functional though). the shower head didn't work properly. i heard a water dropping noise that seemed to come from the air conditioner, it kept me awake.
