a pleasant stay
helpful staff great location
marco and his staff were very helpful, and they were responsive to my needs. the building included a lift, so i avoided climbing stairs. i found many restaurants located nearby, a great convenience.
The bathroom was small. It could use some improvements. the toilet flush seemed a bit old, though it worked fine. i think a little maintenance would improve it.

the staff gave advice for visiting. a brand new ac kept us cool. the family who own the place were lovely. the room was clean and tidy. i felt very welcomed there.
the house smelled humidity. it wasn't a big problem, i have to say.

The location was superb near the main attractions. The staff gave helpful tips and a map for visiting main attractions. I appreciated the available coffee machine. The view of the Duomo from my window was really good.
I noticed the smell of humidity after entering the house. The hotel is centrally located, so I could hear outside noise. It was loud during my first night.

amazing location helpful staff kind staff small bathroom faulty shower head noise issue
the location was amazing! it was less than a 5 minute walk to the duomo. the staff were really kind and helpful (i loved their recommendations). i received tips and details about what was good to see, super helpful.
the bathroom was small (it was functional though). the shower head didn't work properly. i heard a water dropping noise that seemed to come from the air conditioner, it kept me awake.
